Employer of Unpaid Migrant Workers Returns to Singapore

Ramu Palani Velu, a director of KPA Engineering and SK Industries, who employed hundreds of unpaid migrant workers, has returned to Singapore, and his passport has been impounded by the Manpower Ministry.
