Estonian Opposition Seeks Parliament's Final Say on Nuclear Power Plant

Estonia's opposition Social Democratic Party (SDE) has proposed an amendment to give the Riigikogu, rather than the government, the ultimate decision-making power on any potential nuclear power plant in the country.
