Estonian PM Proposes Annual 0.5% Deficit Reduction Agreement

Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal has suggested that political parties should agree to reduce the national deficit by half a percentage point annually and enshrine this target in law, following a proposal from the Bank of Estonia.
