Outgoing Language Board chief: We have managed to enforce language rules without conflicts

Ilmar Tomusk, who has headed Estonia's Language Board for 30 years, tells ERR in an interview he considers one of the agency's greatest achievements to be helping Estonia avoid any major language-based conflicts.
