Ethiopian Citizen Arrested in Lithuania for Posing as Spaniard to Fly to Norway
Lithuanian border guards near the Latvian border apprehended an Ethiopian citizen who presented a forged identity document. The foreigner was traveling by bus from a neighboring country and reportedly planned to fly to Norway, posing as a Spaniard.
