
EU Chief Kallas Urges Transfer of Interceptor Missiles and Funds to Ukraine
EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has called on member states to transfer interceptor missiles nearing their expiration dates and unlock European Peace Facility funding for Kyiv. The appeal comes as July and August record the highest civilian casualty rates in Ukraine this year.
