EU Countries Abandon 'D' Visa for Truck Drivers, Causing Concerns

According to Neđo Mandić, President of the Association for International Transport of Serbia, most EU member states neighboring Serbia (except Croatia) have stopped issuing 'D' visas for professional truck drivers, which is expected to revive old problems from September.
