European Union Reviews Foreign Investments in Paramount-Warner Bros. Deal

The European Union is reviewing foreign investments in the proposed Paramount-Warner Bros. deal, while the Federal Communications Commission is also probing financing from Gulf sovereign wealth funds, which would own nearly half of the combined company.
