Europe's Oldest Lion, Djibo, Dies at 27 in French Sanctuary
Djibo, believed to be Europe's oldest lion, has died at the age of 27 in a French sanctuary. The Tonga Terre d'Accueil refuge announced his passing after the animal had been weak, refusing food and unable to move for several days.
