SOBNOR Montenegro Constitutes Management Board, Radojević Appointed Head

The constitutive session of the Management Board of the Union of Associations of Fighters of the National Liberation War (SOBNOR) of Montenegro was held in Podgorica, where the board was constituted, the presidency elected, and a secretary appointed, with Radojica Radojević at its helm.
