Private gas station owners in Serbia state that limited retail margins on diesel and petrol are only viable if fuel is purchased from Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS), which has lowered wholesale prices, otherwise they incur losses.

Vlasnici privatnih benzinskih pumpi u Srbiji rekli su danas da su ograničene trgovačke marže na dizel i benzin u maloprodaji prihvatljive samo ako se derivati kupe od Naftne industrije Srbije (NIS), koja je spustila veleprodajne cene, a ako se nabavljaju kod drugih uvoznika marže postaju "negativne" zbog čega će firme kliziti u gubitak i biti prinuđene da gase taj biznis.
