Hague Court Rules Witness Protection Failed Relatives of Key Witness Nabil B.

A Hague court has ruled that the relatives of key witness Nabil B., who helped imprison serious criminal Ridouan Taghi, were not adequately protected by the public prosecutor's office, allowing Taghi to retaliate against them.
