Digos City gives financial aid to liquidation-compliant villages

DIGOS CITY – Twenty-four out of the 26 barangays in this city received financial assistance from the local government for complying with the liquidation requirements. Mayor Josef Fortich Cagas, together with some members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, handed out checks worth from P500,000 to P800,000 to village officials in ceremonies held at the city gymnasium.
