Red tide returns to western Pangasinan, says BFAR
CALASIAO, Pangasinan – The coastal waters of Bolinao and Anda in this province again tested positive for red tide, just six days after authorities declared them free of the deadly toxin that causes paralytic shellfish poisoning (PSP).
