Four dead after cargo ship crashes into fishing boat in Aomori, Japan

Four people have died in Aomori, Japan, after a cargo ship collided with a fishing boat. Crew members from the fishing boat reported that they had stopped their engine and were preparing to fish when the cargo ship rammed into them.
