Delegate System Ruling Won't Eradicate Monetization in Party Elections, Say Observers

Political observers in Ghana, including a Senior Lecturer at Kumasi Technical University, have stated that the Supreme Court's decision to declare the delegate system unconstitutional, while a step in the right direction, will not fully eliminate monetization in party elections.
