Irish High Court Approves €1 Million Settlement for Girl Operated on with Uncertified Springs
The High Court in Ireland has approved a settlement of almost €1 million for an 11-year-old girl whose life expectancy was shortened after she underwent surgery using uncertified springs at Temple Street Hospital.
