Several Firms Announce Convertible and Secured Note Offerings

Several companies, including T1 Energy, Borr Drilling, Brookfield Asset Management, NRG Energy, and Herbalife, have announced various debt offerings. These include upsized senior convertible notes and both secured and unsecured notes offerings to raise capital.
