Seoul commemorates 81st Liberation Day

Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon on Saturday rang the Bosingak bell with descendants of independence activists and joined citizens in shouting “Manse” three times to commemorate the 81st anniversary of Korea’s Liberation Day.
