Kommentar. Selvom kritikken af arbejdsforholdene på Noma handler om gamle sager, rummer kritikken stadig et etisk dilemma – og en helt aktuel sag peger på, at der stadig trænger til at blive ryddet op inden for dansk »fine dining«.
