P4.5M in smuggled cigarettes seized in Cagayan Valley operations
TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan — At least P4.5 million worth of smuggled cigarettes were seized in two separate police operations in Cagayan and Nueva Vizcaya provinces on February 26, police said on Friday.
