Paralyzed Patient Awarded 300,000 BGN in Malpractice Lawsuit
A surgeon has been ordered by a first-instance court to pay 300,000 Bulgarian levs in compensation to a patient who was paralyzed after spinal surgery. The decision by the Sofia Court of Appeal is not yet final and can be appealed.
