Portuguese Emergency Services Suffer Two-Hour IT Failure
The Urgent Patient Orientation Center (CODU do Norte) in Portugal experienced a two-hour IT failure, forcing staff to record occurrences on paper due to a lack of a backup system. Other centers in Coimbra, Lisbon, and Faro operated normally.
