Public Ministry Sends Montenegro's Invoicing to Finance Department

The Public Ministry has forwarded Montenegro's invoicing, initially requested from a law firm but billed by Spinumviva, to the Ministry of Finance, which reduced the final tax amount payable, though a crime of tax fraud is not currently suspected.
