Ukrainian President Zelensky states that the repair of the damaged Friendship oil pipeline would take weeks, and expresses reluctance to restore it unless it's a condition for an EU loan.

The Ukrainian president said that the damaged oil pipeline could be repaired within a month or a month and a half if this is the condition set by the EU for Ukraine to receive the €90 billion loan.
