Ghana High Court dismisses no-case submission in $2m Sky Train case

Ghana's High Court has dismissed a submission of no case by former Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund (GIIF) CEO Solomon Asamoah and another defendant, ordering them to present their defence in the ongoing $2 million Sky Train case.
