New EU Packaging Rules Cause Confusion, Halt Online Orders

New EU packaging and packaging-waste regulations, in effect since last Wednesday, are causing confusion and leading some online shops to halt foreign orders. The changes require businesses to register in the producer register of every member state where they sell goods.
