Japan to Review Driving Skill Tests for Elderly Drivers
Japan's National Police Agency plans to review the mandatory driving skill tests for drivers aged 75 and over with a history of violations, after a study revealed they have a 2.8 times higher accident rate than those without violations, even after passing the test.
