Fish Popular Among Austrians on Good Friday

A quarter of Austrians consume fish on Good Friday, a traditional practice during the Easter period. Additionally, spinach is particularly popular among young people on Maundy Thursday, with 45 percent of all frozen spinach purchased before Easter.
