Leased Cars Used for Speeding Can Now Be Confiscated in Austria

Austria's Constitutional Court has overturned a previous regulation, now allowing leased vehicles used for excessive speeding to be confiscated and auctioned, a measure previously only applicable to cars solely owned by the driver.
