Chernobyl Exclusion Zone Fortified by Ukraine Against New Threats
The Chernobyl disaster zone near the Belarusian border is being transformed into a fortress by Ukraine, with trenches being dug to counter potential new threats. This area, through which Russian tanks advanced in 2022, is now being prepared as Belarus rapidly builds new roads and ammunition depots nearby.
