Two Suspects Arrested for 'Fake Hit-and-Run' Scam in Portugal

Two suspects have been arrested in Portugal for allegedly staging 'fake hit-and-run' incidents. They would position themselves behind cars reversing out of parking spots, simulate being hit, and then demand money for alleged 'damaged phones'.
