Kirsty Blake Knox: I have no idea how a picture of a pregnant woman can be ‘upsetting’ but Instagram disagree

I don’t really understand how a photograph of a heavily pregnant woman, starkers and blissing out on excitement and anticipation, could be considered ‘upsetting’.
