Two killed after suspected drunk taxi driver flees Helsinki crash

Two people died after a taxi struck them on Helsinki's Itäväylä motorway during the early hours of Tuesday before the driver left the scene, police said. The victims, a man and a woman both aged about 30, died at the scene near Kulosaari metro station after the collision shortly before 12.30am. Police later arrested the suspected driver in the Itäkeskus area and are investigating the case as aggravated drink driving, aggravated causing of death and aggravated endangerment of traffic safety....
