Paris Unveils Plan to Tackle 1000 'Black Spots' for Cleanliness

Emmanuel Grégoire, First Deputy Mayor of Paris, has presented a new method to address 1000 'black spots' identified as problematic for cleanliness in the city. The plan is based on a 2023 study that, with the help of Parisian sanitation workers, cataloged 1412 such areas into eight typologies.
