Bankruptcy Disqualifies Companies from Estonian CIT in Poland
According to the Polish Ministry of Finance, companies declared bankrupt or in liquidation are ineligible for the Estonian Corporate Income Tax (CIT) scheme, both at the time of selection and during its application.
