White-tailed Eagle Abandons Nest After Forest Clear-Cut in Szigetköz, Hungary
A white-tailed eagle in the Szigetköz region of Hungary was unable to hatch its eggs and abandoned its nest after the surrounding forest was completely clear-cut. The deforestation led to the destruction of the eggs.
