Landslide isolates Sigay town in Ilocos Sur

VIGAN CITY, Ilocos Sur — A landslide has isolated the municipality of Sigay in Ilocos Sur  when debris blocked the Sigay-Suyo Road, cutting off residents from nearby areas and access to basic necessities. Clearing operations began Monday morning (August 10) using heavy equipment worked to reopen the affected section of the road. READ: Baguio landslide
