Kedah JPJ Targets Vehicle Owners Allowing Foreigners to Drive Without Licenses
The Kedah Road Transport Department (JPJ) announced it will take action against vehicle owners who allow foreigners to drive without valid licenses, in addition to penalizing the unlicensed drivers themselves.
