Dolce & Gabbana brings in ex-Gucci boss Cantino as co-CEO

(ANSA) - ROME, APR 13 - Dolce & Gabbana said Monday that it has appointed the former Gucci boss Stefano Cantino as its co-chief executive to flank CEO Alfonso Dolce.
