V příštích letech mají vzniknout v Pardubicích hned tři nové čtvrtě pro stovky až tisíce obyvatel. Jde o areál bývalých Kávovin, kasárna Hůrka a také o území po bývalém skladovém prostoru u ulice S. K. Neumanna poblíž parku Červeňák.
