Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Boycotts NFC Talks Over Merged Districts Formula

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) has boycotted National Finance Commission (NFC) talks, refusing to participate until the 6.1 million people from merged districts are properly considered in the new financial formula.
