Southwest Monsoon Expected to Strengthen in Third Week of August

The southwest monsoon is predicted to strengthen again in the third week of August, bringing moderate to heavy rain to four provinces in Northern Luzon and one in Central Luzon from Sunday afternoon to Monday afternoon.
