Fatal and Serious Injury Accidents Due to "Distracted Driving" Last Year: Approximately 150 Cases, Most in Past 10 Years
Fatal and serious injury accidents caused by so-called "distracted driving," which involves operating smartphones or other devices while driving cars or motorcycles, reached approximately 150 cases last year, the highest number in the past decade, according to a report compiled by the National Police Agency.
