"Father" of Norway's Oil Fund Proposes Scrapping Fiscal Rule
Knut Kjær, credited with building Norway's sovereign wealth fund, has suggested abolishing the "fiscal rule" (handlingsregelen) as the fund's value now exceeds 22,000 billion kroner.
