Notorious Feral Cat 'Nine Lives' Captured After Three-Year Hunt in New Zealand

A notorious feral cat, dubbed 'Nine Lives', has been caught in New Zealand's Purerua Peninsula after a three-year effort. The cat was responsible for killing approximately three-quarters of the rare pāteke (brown teal) released in the area.
