Kenyan Cabinet Orders Probe into Sh6.2 Billion State Payroll Heist

The Kenyan Cabinet has directed the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to investigate a Sh6.2 billion state payroll heist and approved comprehensive reforms to clean up the public payroll system.
