Property Firm Ordered to Stop Demanding Financial Information from HAP Tenants
The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) has ordered a property firm to cease demanding financial information from tenants on Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) forms. The landlord was also ordered to pay €7,500 in compensation to a man who challenged the practice.
