‘SIR deliberating excluding Matuas, won’t accept injustice’: Mamata targets BJP ahead of sit-in

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of planning to exclude Matuas, a community with significant presence in Bangladesh and India, and vowed to resist any injustice against them. The statement comes ahead of a planned sit-in protest by the Trinamool Congress (TMC) against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA).
