Czech Government Plans Blanket Mobile Phone Ban in Schools
The Czech government, led by Prime Minister Andrej Babiš, is preparing a nationwide ban on mobile phones in kindergartens, primary schools, and lower grades of multi-year gymnasiums, including during breaks, set to take effect from September 2027.
